- Payment will be strictly on completeion of the work carried out, unless prior agreement is reached
- Payment to be made by cash or cheque (with accompanying guarantee card)
- Unfortunately there is no facility for debit or credit card payments at this time
- Prior
to commencement of any agreed works, a FULL visual inspection of the
interior and exterior will be carried out recording any damage to ensure
the protection of the owner and engineer.
- Servicing will be carried out to the highest standard to ensure the safety of the owner
- Where,
during a service, any faults are found beyond the normal serice
schedule the owner must be informed by law and an offer made to replace
the offending items. The owners permission must be obtained before
commencing any additional repairs or supplying additional parts. Excess
charges for parts and labour will be agreed with the customer prior to
commencement of any additional repairs.
- It is the customers responsibilty to ensure that a) access is available to complete works at the time and date agreed.
b) there is sufficient external clearance to access external equipment
(e.g. wheel removal / corner
steadies/tow hitch) c) the interior is free from obstructions to appliances, lockers are empty and the floor is free.The cassette toilet must be EMPTY and CLEAN or the toilet will NOT be serviced. d) any security devices that inhibit service works are to be removed prior to commencement.
- Any special order parts are non refundable and will inlude carriage costs if applicable.
